Noida based company Ringing Bells announcing a phone @ Rs 251 for delivery charge about Rs 40/- after lots of controversy. In first unit they decided to deliver 5000 units to 5 States including Bihar, Haryana & West Bengal. The Delivery is already started from last month. Company said about 7 crore customers booked this phone. As per it's price it comes with apps, storage, features like whose price is about Rs 3000/- in present market which are provided by top mobile companies.
